Find out how His Majesty’s Government is supporting the UK Workboat and RHIB sector at this free to attend session on the first day of Seawork.
Moderated by Tim Currass of the Society of Maritime Industries (SMI), the morning will see the National Shipbuilding Office set out its stall on Supporting the UK Workboat Sector with the Department for Business and Trade giving An Introduction to the Maritime Capability Campaign Office. Presentations on UK Defence and Security Exports and UK Export Finance are followed by a panel discussion and Q&A session.
A buffet lunch and networking break, sponsored by Uzmar, will keep attendees refreshed ready for the afternoon session where both The Ministry of Defence Small Boats Programmes and The Government Small Boats Framework will be presented by members of the DE&S Boats Team and Crown Commercial Services.
Maritime Policing presented by the Marine Support Unit - Hampshire Constabulary and Thames Valley Police and Bluelight Commercial rounds off the day.
